WeatherGuard Roofing, LLC is founded on two principles:
1. Profit sharing and bonuses with its employees.
2. Direct supervision.
By providing the laborers with bonuses for quality (not speed) we maintain a higher standard. We also provide upper management with partial ownership of the company allowing us to focus on the long term health of the company and satisfaction of our customers. By insisting on multiple job site visits and inspections by one of the owners, we are able to deliver a superior product and service to our customers.
We are dedicated to providing the best value in the industry. To us providing the best value does not mean the lowest price. It means superior service at a below average price.
